new buy

following on from my last post, a quick stop in COW vintage had to be done whilst in nottingham. since starting university up there a year ago, COW has quickly become my favourite shop stocking casual clothing from the 80's/90's. living near to london, i find vintage is normally pricey, however everything in COW is really reasonably priced with shoes at £10, cut off tops at £6, denim at £15 and beautiful 80's evening sequin tops at £30.

the chain vintage brand is, for me, extremely reliable- always walking out with at least three/four items...the store has definitely changed my style over the past year.  i brought three items on saturday; a flower print oversized shirt, dark green denim shorts and this amazing silk top above (which is actually pale pink- not yellow, like my camera thinks so). i love the sporty neckline, contrasting with the delicate, sheer fabric and oversized fit. oh, and the menswear is equally as good.

check out their blog and get to one of their stores.
